All products are designed and manufactured in the UK unless stated otherwise.

2. Products & Descriptions

We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, sizes, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to the manufacturing process or screen display differences.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£)

  • Prices include VAT where applicable

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering

We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse of the website. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control once an order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers may return unused items within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in their original condition

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Installation & Use

Our products are designed to assist with installation but do not replace professional judgement.

  • Always isolate electrical circuits before working

  • If unsure, consult a qualified electrician

FixoraCo accepts no liability for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation or misuse of products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and product concepts, is the property of FixoraCo.

Our socket spacer designs are registered in the UK. Copying, reproducing, or reselling our designs without permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixoraCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
