All FixoraCo products are designed and manufactured in the UK and dispatched from within the UK.

Dispatch time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days

Standard UK delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We understand that choosing the correct size can sometimes be tricky — that’s why we keep our returns process straightforward.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size?

You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery
Items must be in their original condition

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly.

If you’re unsure before ordering, you’re always welcome to send us a photo of your wall and socket — we’re happy to help you choose the right size and avoid returns altogether.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
